Doctors Express, the nation’s first franchised urgent care network and subsidiary of Ensign Group (ENSG), contracted with us to provide an entire set of corporate marketing services including rebranding, an improved website, television and radio commercials, online advertising, franchise sales support, reputation management, plus training and local marketing services for individual franchisees. At the time Doctors Express had just over 30 urgent care locations nationwide.
Within the project’s first year, Doctors Express was acquired by American Family Care, a privately held urgent care network in the Southeast. We continued leading the franchise network’s marketing efforts for another four years, seeing growth to over 140 locations in 35+ states.
In this time we directed another rebrand (to AFC Urgent Care), an SEO and conversion-optimized corporate website, unified local websites, optimized local listings, the first-ever franchise agreements with Yelp and Reputation.com, monthly marketing training for franchisee owners and their local marketing directors, the development of a customizable marketing/advertising asset directory, management of advertising, marketing, and reputation management agencies, and much more. Our contributions saw massive growth in revenue and profit for the company and its franchisees.
